This list of terms and conditions is not exhaustive and is subject to being updated.

DESIGN:

patchwork daisy products are lovingly hand painted, and even though every care is taken over them expect patterns and finishes to vary.

If we are working to a brief, please ensure that all specifications have been communicated in full. Receipt of payment will be taken as agreement that you are happy that we have a clear idea of what you require. the delivered item is final, unfortunately no further work can be carried out on completed and delivered items.

Each item is hand made as a decorative gift and should not be given or used as a toy. All letters and plaques are machine cut using MDF. Plaques can be displayed using the ribbon or double sided adhesive pads which are permanent.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS:

We accept no liability if delivery is delayed due to regional or national postal disruptions. Please ensure that all delivery details are correct as Patchwork Daisy can not accept liability for delayed delivery in this instance.

We will always aim to deliver on or before the delivery date stated, delivery dates are not guaranteed. NO WORK WILL COMMENCE UNTILL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEVED IN FULL.

We have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct and that all items have been fairly described. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE APROXIMATE ONLY.
