We've coupled them up for a really unique way to show you care. Slim design which are great as a keepsake to hang anywhere you like. Each wooden tag measures 10.5cm x 5.5cm and is 3mm thick. 

Everything created by patchwork daisy is hand painted to order. We take great care over every order we receive and this can mean you may have to wait a little while. We aim to send out your completed creation within 1 – 3 weeks, however our items are so yummy that sometimes it can take up to 4 weeks when we are in popular demand (mainly Christmas time).
