Returns Policy

patchwork daisy products are lovingly hand painted, and even though every care is taken over them expect patterns and finishes to vary. If we are working to a brief, please ensure that all specifications have been communicated in full. Receipt of payment will be taken as agreement that you are happy that we have a clear idea of what you require.Tthe delivered item is final, unfortunately no further work can be carried out on completed and delivered items.

Each item is hand made as a decorative gift and should not be given or used as a toy. All letters and plaques are machine cut using MDF. Plaques can be displayed using the ribbon or double sided adhesive pads which are permanent.

REFUND:

Unfortunately we can not refund any persoanlised orders unless they are faulty, please contact us before making any returns. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Everything created by patchwork daisy is hand painted to order. We take great care over every order we receive and this can mean you may have to wait a little while. We aim to send out your completed creation within 1 – 3 weeks, however our items are so yummy that sometimes it can take up to 4 weeks when we are in popular demand (mainly Christmas time).
